Contact
One address reaches us for everything. We read it, and we answer real messages.
We aim to reply within a few working days. Because this is a free service run by a small team, we cannot promise a response time, but abuse reports and legal notices are prioritised.
Reporting abuse
If an address on this service has been used to harass someone, commit fraud, or evade a ban, tell us. Include the full address involved, the approximate date and time, and - if you are a service provider - the signup or account in question. We can block addresses and restrict access.
Note that we cannot send mail from this service, so an address here cannot be the origin of a message you received. If you have received something claiming to come from one of our domains, the headers were forged and we would like to see them.
Blocking our domains
If you run a service and would rather not accept disposable addresses from us, we will help. Write in and we will share the current list of incoming domains so you can block them cleanly, rather than you having to guess at a pattern.
Privacy requests
Requests to access or delete data we hold should go to the same address - see the privacy policy for what actually exists, which in most cases is a single server log entry. Requests about the contents of a mailbox need to go to mail.tm, since messages are stored there rather than by us.
API and technical questions
The endpoints are documented on the developer API page. If something there is wrong, unclear, or broken, a short message with the request you made and the response you got back is genuinely useful and we will fix it.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering a lost inbox or a message that has expired - once it is gone, it is gone, and we hold no copy.
- Getting a disposable address accepted by a service that has chosen to reject them.
- Retrieving a message sent to an address you no longer have the token for.
